I. Purpose

As graduation season approaches, having an eye-catching resume and strong interview skills is essential for successfully entering the workforce. To help young job seekers overcome challenges in their job search and shorten their period of unemployment, 104 Job Bank is offering this event completely free of charge as a public-interest service.

II. Event Highlights

The event features two key services designed to enhance participants' job-seeking competitiveness:

1. One-on-One Resume Review
   Participants can receive personalized resume advice from experienced career volunteers to refine their resume highlights and strengthen their competitiveness in the job market.
   Limited spots are available.
2. Interview Success Strategies Workshop
   Mr. Wang Jung-Chun, Chief Sustainability Officer of 104 Job Bank, will share practical interview strategies and insights into employers' recruitment criteria to help participants improve their interview performance.

III. Career Exploration Area

The event will also feature a Career Exploration Area, where participants can gain a better understanding of their work values, explore current industry and job trends, and identify suitable directions for their future career development.
