【Ministry of Education】2026 Continuing Vocational Education Program for Vocational Training Institutions. Applications are open through June 18.

  1. This program is implemented in accordance with the Regulations Governing Continuing Vocational Education and Evaluation for Vocational Training Institutions.

  2. Important application information is as follows:

    (1) Continuing vocational education courses are divided into the senior secondary education level and the junior college and above education level, excluding master’s programs and above. This program only accepts junior college and above education level courses jointly offered by vocational training institutions and public or private colleges and universities.

    (2) Applicants for junior college and above education level courses must be at least 18 years old, or under 18 but qualified to apply for admission to junior colleges or universities.

  3. Vocational training institutions interested in applying should complete the implementation plan according to the attached format and prepare the following supporting documents: a photocopy of the Certificate of Qualified Establishment of the Vocational Training Institution; a photocopy of the meeting minutes (including the sign-in sheet) documenting the joint planning and design of continuing vocational education courses by the vocational training institution and partner school; a Statement of Consent to Jointly Conduct Continuing Vocational Education signed and stamped by both the vocational training institution and partner school; and a photocopy of relevant documents demonstrating that the teaching premises comply with building and fire safety regulations (specialized industries should provide additional relevant certification). All supporting documents should be attached after the implementation plan. Incomplete applications will be considered as not having applied.

  4. Vocational training institutions applying for approval of continuing vocational education courses shall complete the application form and submit, through an official letter, the implementation plan jointly planned and designed with the partner college or university to the Ministry of Education.

  5. Vocational training institutions interested in applying should obtain an account and password for the class application system through the Industry-Academia Collaboration and Continuing Vocational Education Information Website (🔗 https://iac.me.ntnu.edu.tw), and complete the online application by June 18, 2026 (Thursday). In addition, by June 18, 2026 (Thursday), the institutions must submit one bound paper copy of the implementation plan to the Ministry of Education and the Continuing Vocational Education Promotion Working Group (P.O. Box 775, Qingtianshui Post Office, Taipei 10699), with the postmark serving as proof of submission. Late applications will not be accepted.
