To help young students keep up with digital transformation trends, enhance their competitiveness in the workplace, and gain advantages for future employment, the Taoyuan City Government Employment and Vocational Training Services Office is organizing the “Taoyuan YouTouLu Skills Training Center – 2026 Digital Generation Talent Development Program.” The program combines industry development needs with AI technology trends and offers diverse digital learning courses to cultivate digital talent with the skills required for future workplaces.
To expand the benefits of the program and provide young people with opportunities to gain early exposure to digital technology and industry practices, the eligibility requirements have been expanded this year to include graduating third-year senior high and vocational high school students. As students prepare to enter colleges and universities or the workforce, the program helps them develop digital skills and career competitiveness in advance.
The program covers a wide range of areas, including AI applications, digital technology, information skills, and practical operations. A total of 38 free courses are offered across three major learning areas: online digital courses, in-person professional courses, and computer-based practical courses, helping participants gradually build digital skills and practical application capabilities.
Participants who complete the designated courses will receive a Certificate of Completion and may further participate in the final competition. This year’s competition offers total prizes of up to NT$210,000, encouraging young people to apply what they have learned to creative proposals and project presentations. To strengthen guidance for student participants, teachers from schools are also welcome to serve as competition advisors. Advisor incentives of up to NT$60,000 are available to encourage teachers and students to participate in digital innovation learning together.
