
To cultivate professional talent in CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining, enhance students’ practical skills, CAD/CAM software applications, and programming abilities, and help students interested in participating in the Taichung Machine Tools Cup CNC Multi-Axis Machining Skills Competition gain practical experience in advance, the University is organizing this training camp.
Event Information:
(1) Event Name: 2026 CNC Turning, Milling and Multi-Axis Machining Technology Training Camp.
(2) Event Dates: August 24–26, 2026, for 3 days and 2 nights.
(3) Venue: High-Speed Rail Campus, National Formosa University.
(4) Participants: Students in mechanical engineering-related programs from universities, colleges, and senior high/vocational high schools nationwide.
(5) Quota: 30 participants. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. on August 20, 2026, or when the quota is full.
(6) Course Content: CNC turning and milling, CNC and CAM programming, five-axis/multi-axis machining practice, analysis of past Taichung Machine Tools Cup CNC Multi-Axis Machining Skills Competition questions, and lectures by industry experts.
(7) The organizer provides basic student dormitory accommodation, meals during the event, and travel accident insurance. Participants are responsible for their own personal items, transportation, and other expenses. Accommodation is provided as space only; participants must bring their own bedding and other necessities.
(8) Shuttle Bus Service: Please arrive on time. The bus will not wait for late arrivals.
