This matter is handled in accordance with the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs’ letter dated June 18, 2026 (Ref. No. 11509003242).

The Ministry of Education previously forwarded the aforementioned Guidelines on June 12, 2026, under Ref. No. 1150000276. In response to changing economic conditions and the growing financing needs of businesses, the effective date for increasing the maximum aggregate amount of new loans under the Guidelines has been moved forward from September 1, 2026, to July 1, 2026, in order to strengthen financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Please assist in updating and disseminating the revised information.
