1. To support the career development of college and university students and facilitate their transition into the workforce, the Youth Development Administration (YDA) has established this subsidy program. The program provides funding for higher education institutions to integrate internal and external resources and develop diverse or series-based career counseling and development initiatives aligned with the development of key national industries.

The 2027 subsidy program consists of five categories:
- Whole-of-University Category
- Workplace Internship Category
- Innovation Category
- Teaching Materials Category
- Indigenous Peoples Category
Please assist in publicizing this program on relevant websites and notify colleges, departments, programs, general education centers, Indigenous Student Resource Centers, and other relevant units to encourage proposal submissions.

2. To further expand career counseling services at colleges and universities in 2027, the program will strengthen university-wide integration, workplace internships, and innovative applications.

Key updates include:
- Increasing the maximum subsidy for the Whole-of-University Category to NT$2.5 million.
- Introducing funding for full-time career counseling assistants.
- Encouraging the development of international professional certification programs.
- Expanding subsidies for student internship allowances and transportation expenses under the Workplace Internship Category.
