Recruitment Announcement for the 3rd Selection of Special Education Student Assistants for the First Semester of the 2026 Academic Year

1. Recruitment Information

• Position: Part-time Special Education Student Assistant

• Vacancies: 1 position, plus 1 alternate candidate

• Application Period: September 15–21, 2026

• Application Hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Selection Date: September 21, 2026, at 1:30 PM

• Selection Venue: First-floor conference room, Jincheng Kindergarten

• Results Announcement: By 5:00 PM on September 21, 2026

2. Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or above

• Basic computer and document-processing skills

• Relevant experience in special education

Training requirements:

• Applicants with relevant work experience must have completed at least 20 hours of special education training within the past two years and provide valid proof.

• Applicants without relevant work experience must complete at least 36 hours of training organized by the competent authorities and provide proof.

3. Application Procedure

Applicants must apply in person or authorize another person to submit the application on their behalf. Applications by mail will not be accepted.

Required Documents:

1. Completed application form

2. Declaration form

3. National ID card

4. Highest educational certificate

5. Special education work experience certificate (if applicable; valid within 5 years)

6. Special education training certificates (if applicable; valid within 2 years)

Original documents will be returned after verification. Please provide one photocopy of each required document.

4. Selection Process

• Document Review: 30% of total score

• Interview: 70% of total score

The interview will last up to 10 minutes and assess:

• Special education knowledge and student counseling skills

• Enthusiasm for service

• Communication skills

• Appearance and professional conduct

Applicants must achieve a total score of at least 70 to be eligible for selection.

5. Working Hours and Salary

• Part-time Working Hours: 7:40 AM–11:40 AM

• Maximum Hours: 4 hours per day

• Hourly Wage: NT$196

• Employment Period: September 24, 2026–January 20, 2027

Working hours may be adjusted according to student dismissal schedules. Actual duties and conditions will be subject to the employment contract.

6. Announcement of Results

Successful and alternate candidates will be announced on the Kinmen County Education Department website and Jincheng Kindergarten website by 5:00 PM on September 21, 2026.

Applicants who are not selected will not be notified individually.

7. Additional Information

• The selection process may be postponed due to typhoons, earthquakes, or other force majeure events.

• Any falsification of qualifications or documents will result in disqualification and termination of employment.
