為有效協助學生瞭解自己的職涯發展方向，能更有目標、
To help students better understand their career development and strengthen their workplace competencies, the Ministry of Education launched the UCAN – University Competency Assessment Network in 2009. To support data reporting for the Higher Education Sprout Project, the Center conducts UCAN assessments for first-year students during freshman orientation and surveys second- to fourth-year students at the beginning of each semester. Assessment times are arranged by class advisors and are recommended during required courses or class meetings. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes.
如教師與班上學生無法配合本中心規劃入班施測期間，可自行利用班會或其他時間實施UCAN集體團測。操作步驟請參考

If the class cannot participate during the Center’s scheduled in-class assessment period, teachers may arrange a group UCAN assessment during class meetings or other suitable times. 各導師、教師及系所如需參考UCAN施測資料輔導學生職涯規劃，請申請系統教師管理帳號。Class advisors, faculty members, and academic departments who need to access UCAN assessment results for student career counseling are encouraged to apply for a UCAN Teacher Management Account.
一、申請方式Application Methods：
1. 採線上申請Online Application：🔗https://forms.gle/C1HTbhhnXFrGoaw17
2. E-mail申請Email Application：提供以下申請資料並回傳本中心信箱(easc@nqu.edu.tw) Please provide the following information and send it to easc@nqu.edu.tw
(1) 中文全名Full Name (Chinese)：
(2) 學制(學士/碩士/博士，擇一)Degree Level (Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctoral：
(3) 學系名稱Department：
(4) 日間部/進修部(擇一)Daytime / Continuing Education Program：
(5) 年級Year of Study：
(6) 班級Class：
(二) 帳號建立後會以E-mail通知即可使用；申請期間無限制，老師有需要可隨時申請。Once the account has been created, a notification will be sent by email. Applications are accepted at any time.
(三) 檢附UCAN系統操作手冊提供參考。A UCAN System User Manual is provided for reference
⚠️【重要提醒Important】UCAN施測資料僅限於學生職輔導之用途，若有違反不當使用資料之情事，申請人須承擔相關法律責任。UCAN assessment data may only be used for student career counseling purposes. Applicants may be held legally responsible for any improper use of the data.
⚠️【貼心提醒Friendly Reminder】若老師之前已有申請過，但經過一段時間未登入，系統會自動停用您的帳號，如有遇此狀況，請您與本中心聯繫082-313741。If you have previously applied for an account but have not logged in for an extended period, your account may be automatically deactivated. If this occurs, please contact the Center at 082-313-741.
