
Students participating in off-campus internships for the entire semester or academic year during the first semester of the 2026 academic year may apply for a refund of internship miscellaneous fees through their respective academic departments by September 24, 2026 (Thursday).
According to Paragraph 3, Article 9 of the National Quemoy University Guidelines for Offering Professional Internship Courses for Undergraduate Students in the Daytime Program, students enrolled in a semester-long or year-long off-campus internship course who:
complete the internship at an off-campus internship institution for the entire semester; and
do not enroll in any other courses during that semester,
shall be charged the full tuition fee and no more than four-fifths of the miscellaneous fees for that semester.
Students may apply for a refund after the add/drop period has ended and their academic department or graduate institute has confirmed their eligibility. However, if the student's academic department or graduate institute pays internship-related expenses to the internship institution during the internship period, the student's tuition and miscellaneous fees shall not be reduced or refunded.

A photocopy of the cover of the applicant's bank passbook.
A photocopy of the Bank of Taiwan tuition and miscellaneous fee payment receipt.
For students receiving a student loan, please provide a photocopy of the Bank of Taiwan loan guarantee agreement and the tuition and miscellaneous fee payment statement.
The payment statement can be printed from the 🔗Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Payment Portal.
Students shall submit the application form and all required documents to their respective academic department.
The academic department will collect the applications and submit them collectively to the Employment Counseling & Alumni Services Center for processing.
Refunds will be processed in order after the applications have been reviewed and approved.
