To enhance college students' understanding of the Phase 2 Social Safety Net Program and the operations of the Social Welfare Service Center, the program offers part-time work opportunities for 4th-year college students or graduate students at the Social Welfare Center. This will help students gain practical frontline experience and enhance their workplace skills.
