Responsibilities:

  • Convene Student Off-Campus Internship Committee meetings.
  • Handle applications for refund of student internship miscellaneous fees for the entire semester.

  • Announce and process student self-directed off-campus internships.

  • Process internship applications in Taiwan for graduating overseas Chinese and international students.

  • Manage alumni information system accounts.

  • Conduct follow-up surveys on graduates’ career paths.

  • Establish and maintain alumni database.

  • Provide alumni services (printing alumni cards, applying for alumni Gmail accounts, coordinating contracts with alumni card vendors, etc.).

  • Assist with alumni association events.

  • Handle other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide career guidance services and organize related seminars.
  • Organize campus job fairs and one-on-one career consultation services.

  • Assist companies and government agencies in posting recruitment information.

  • Implement related programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor — Workforce Development Agency (Northern, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, Kinmen Branch) such as employment subsidy programs for universities, youth employment training classes, university workplace visit programs, and career empowerment programs for universities and social welfare organizations.

  • Implement Ministry of Education programs — “Dream Pursuit at Sea” and “New Southbound Dream Pursuit at Sea.”

  • Implement Ministry of Education Higher Education Sprout Project — Focus Area 4: Enhancing Public Engagement in Higher Education.

  • Implement programs under the Ministry of Youth Development, including career guidance survey administration.

  • Handle student off-campus internship insurance — application for insurance, mid-term withdrawal, accident/death insurance claims, etc.

  • Manage the Ministry of Education University Employment Competency Platform — UCAN platform administration, class enrollment, testing, and other related tasks.

  • Assist Ministry of Labor and the Bureau of Labor Insurance in campus labor protection promotion and Ministry of Examination national exam advocacy activities.

  • Assist Kinmen Employment Center (Ministry of Labor Northern Branch) with youth employment guidance programs and information announcements.

  • Assist with alumni association events.

  • Handle other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.
