[Tainan Art Museum] 2024 College Summer Internship Recruitment, direct applications accepted before 10/16."

【Internship Target】Students currently enrolled in domestic or international colleges or universities, whose fields of study are related to the museum's internship needs (excluding recent graduates), are eligible to apply to the museum.
【Internship Period】The internship period is from January 13 to February 16, 2025, and interns are required to complete at least 80 hours.
【Internship Units】A total of 6 interns are needed for the 2025 winter break. Each applicant can only apply for one department. The departments include the Research and Collections Department, Exhibition Planning Department, Education and Promotion Department, and the Museum Headquarters. For details, please refer to the attachment.

【Internship Stipend】
1.The internship at the museum is educational in nature, and the museum does not provide compensation or benefits (including stipends, transportation, meals, accommodation, etc.). The museum also does not offer labor insurance, national health insurance, labor pension insurance, or occupational accident insurance.

 

【Other Benefits】
1.The museum provides insurance for students during the internship period.
2.During the internship, interns are entitled to employee discounts on merchandise at the Tainan Art Museum's self-operated stores (excluding already discounted items) and free parking at the museum's parking lot.

【Application Documents】
Students from domestic and international colleges or universities whose fields of study are related to the museum's operations may submit the following documents individually or through their schools during the recruitment period to apply for the internship at the museum:
1.Step 1: Fill out personal information in the online form(Website:https://reurl.cc/4d4kkY ).
2.Step 2:Mail the following documents by registered mail
(1)Fill out the「Tainan Art Museum 2025 Winter Break College Student Internship Application Form」.
(2)Sign the「Tainan Art Museum Personal Data Collection Consent Form」.
(3)Personal Resume(format is flexible).
(4)Internship Plan(including internship objectives, tasks, methods, duration, intended internship department, and expected outcomes).
(5)If the applicant's field of study requires the museum to sign relevant consent forms or other documents, the applicant should explain this at the time of application and attach the relevant documents for the museum's approval(if not required, these can be omitted).

【Application Method】
Please attach the museum's official envelope cover and submit it in an envelope that is at least A4 size. Applications that are not submitted in an envelope or do not have the cover attached will not be accepted. The delivery methods are as follows.
1.Mail:If using the mailing method, please send it to the second museum (No. 1, Section 2, Zhongyi Road, West Central District, Tainan City) by October 16. The receipt time will be based on the postmark.
2.In-Person Delivery:If using the in-person delivery method, please deliver it to the employee entrance control room of the second museum (across from No. 26 You'ai Street, West Central District, Tainan City) by 5:00 PM on October 16. Late submissions will not be accepted.
