We encourage eligible individuals to apply, with attached enrollment guidelines and a graphic card for the "Youth Pre-Employment Training Learning Incentive."

1. These classes are organized by the Kaohsiung City Solar Equipment Installation Workers Union, aiming to cultivate professionals for the solar energy industry and zero-carbon planning management in the city. Unemployed individuals aged 15 and above can participate (must not be enrolled in daytime programs). Both classes comply with the Ministry of Labor's Workforce Development Agency’s policy for the "Youth Pre-Employment Training Learning Incentive Program." Participants aged 15 to 29 can receive a monthly stipend of NTD 8,000.
2. Registration for these classes can be done online through the "Taiwan Employment Elite" pre-employment information portal. The training information for both classes is as follows:

(1) Photovoltaic Indoor Wiring Certification Class:

• Individuals without industrial-related learning experience are welcome to apply.
• Application deadline: October 11, 2024.
• Training period: October 21 to December 31, 2024.
• Training content and career direction: Participants will be trained to obtain "Level C Indoor Wiring" and "Level B Solar Energy" certifications. The program will collaborate with industry resources to guide participants toward employment in the solar energy sector.

(2) Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Zero Certification Class:

• Application deadline: October 7, 2024.
• Training period: October 15 to December 11, 2024.
• Training content and career direction: Participants will be trained to pass the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Talent Capability Certification (iPAS) for "Zero Carbon Planning Management." Guidance will be provided for participants to enter various industries related to zero-carbon management.
