Application Information for Alumni Cards for the 112 Academic Year:

⏺︎ Application Period: Now until June 7, 2024, 5 PM. Applications are online only.
  
⏺︎ Required Documents: Complete the online form and provide a recent 2-inch photo (in JPG format; no scans).

⏺︎ Card Collection Options:

• By Mail: New graduates can request the alumni card to be mailed with their diploma. A self-provided postal bag (NT$65) is required.
• In-Person: After receiving the diploma, graduates can collect the alumni card at the Employment Guidance and Alumni Service Center (R446), 4th floor of the Comprehensive Building.

1. Any missing documents must be submitted by June 14. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. For alumni card discounts and offers, please check the "Alumni Card Section" on the Employment Guidance and Alumni Service Center's website.
3. Graduates must follow the instructions for a complete application. For assistance, please contact the Alumni Service Center.
