1. This plan is conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' letter No. 1139300240 dated March 14, 113.

2. To enhance opportunities for Taiwanese youth to engage with International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) and gain practical experience, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched this program. The aim is to cultivate international affairs talent for Taiwanese NGOs. The key details of the program are summarized as follows:

     (1) Number of Positions : 5

     (2) Eligibility Requirements :

1. Must be a citizen of the Republic of China (Taiwan), aged between 18 and 35.

2. Must be currently enrolled in a domestic university or college (priority will be given to those with international experience and local NGO internship experience), and must have a formal recommendation from their school (the recommender cannot be a member of the program's selection committee).

3. Must be fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and provide relevant language proficiency test certificates.

4. Priority will be given to those who have participated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' "NGO International Affairs Training Program" or the "International Youth Ambassador Exchange Program."

     (3) Subsidy Details : The program will cover 60% the round-trip economy class airfare for the        most direct flight to the internship location, visa fees, and basic insurance, with reimbursements      made based on actual expenses. A local monthly living allowance will be provided for up to two      months during the internship.

     (4) Application Deadlilne : Applications are open until May 8th of this year.
