2024 National Kinmen University Campus Job Fair
Registration Guidelines for Recruitment Companies & Public Welfare Organizations

To provide job opportunities for our students and Kinmen residents, our university, located on Kinmen Island in Taiwan, is hosting a Campus Job Fair. We invite companies from various industries across Taiwan to set up recruitment booths at our campus. Employers will have the chance to personally recruit talents that align with their company culture while offering immediate employment opportunities for our graduating students, alleviating post-graduation job search pressures. During the event, we will also have a resume screening booth where GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) professionals will assist job seekers with resume evaluations and provide career counseling and advice to address their job search challenges. This initiative aims to increase employment matching opportunities, promote diverse interactions, enhance the connection between the corporate and academic sectors, and establish more collaborative relationships.

Event Dates:

• For vendors from Taiwan: Please check in and set up at our gym on May 14, 2024 (Tuesday) from 13:30 to 17:30.
• Campus Job Fair: May 15, 2024 (Wednesday) from 08:00 to 17:30.

Event Location: National Quemoy University Gymnasium (No. 1, University Road, Jinning Township, Kinmen County)

Target Audience: Students, alumni of National Quemoy University, and residents of Kinmen County.

Registration Information: 

• Registration Period: Now until January 19, 2024 (Friday) at 5 PM.
• Eligible Participants:
• Eligible Employers:

1. Only companies that offer salaries above the minimum wage as stipulated by labor laws are accepted.
2. Companies that are not registered with the government, have been reported for violations, have unclear business operations, are involved in multi-level marketing, or have other negative records will not be accepted.
3. The "Employer Recruitment Information Form" can include full-time, part-time, and internship vacancies.
4. To ensure the rights of job seekers and participating companies, management consulting firms and staffing agencies must clearly indicate their recruitment services for businesses or public sectors, and the recruitment information must be complete and transparent.
5. Please complete the following documents by the registration deadline: "2024 National Kinmen University Campus Job Fair Registration Form" (Word file); "Employer Recruitment Information Form" (Excel file); "Company Logo" (PNG file); Email them to easc@email.nqu.edu.tw to complete your registration.

• Non-profit Organizations:
  1. Only legally registered social groups, professional organizations, international offices, and international NGOs recognized by the Ministry of the Interior are accepted.

  2. Please complete the following documents by the registration deadline: "2024 National Kinmen University Campus Job Fair Registration Form" (Word file); "Promotional Logo" (PNG file); Email them to easc@email.nqu.edu.tw to finalize your registration.

• After registration, approved employers and non-profit organizations will receive a 【Registration Confirmation Notice】. If you do not receive a notification, please feel free to contact us.
• This job fair does not charge fees for venue or equipment. We welcome employers and non-profits to sponsor raffle prizes to enhance the event's appeal and increase their exposure (those providing prizes will receive additional promotional time on stage during the fair).
• Regarding the regulations for this job fair, the university reserves the right to review, decide, and make changes, as well as the right to interpret and adjudicate.

Event Notice

• During the event, please ensure full participation and refrain from the following actions:
  • No commercial activities are allowed on-site.
  • Do not use microphones or loudspeakers to avoid disturbing other exhibitors.
  • It is strictly prohibited to distribute promotional materials not related to the exhibition in public areas inside and outside the event venue and at entrances and exits.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue.
• To track the employment status of job seekers and provide follow-up employment services, exhibitors are requested to indicate in the "Remarks" section of the resume whether a preliminary offer has been made. At the end of the event, please provide the resumes to the event staff for copying, which will help compile records of job seekers' information and hiring status (resume format is attached).
• During the event, the venue is not responsible for the safety of exhibitors' displays. Exhibitors should obtain their own insurance for the safety of their displays during the event.
• If any promotional materials need to be sent to the university in advance, please send them between April 19 (Friday) and April 26 (Friday), 113. Please contact the coordinator in advance; our center will only receive them and will not be responsible for their safekeeping.
