National Kinmen University Outstanding Alumni Selection Guidelines (2023 First Session)

Categories and Selection Criteria for Recognition

All graduates (or attendees) from the Day Division and the Continuing Education Division of our university, who recognize their alma mater and have made specific contributions or achievements in the following areas, are eligible to be nominated as candidates, provided they have no criminal record in the past five years:

1. Contribution to Alma Mater: Individuals who have made special contributions to the university's teaching, service, technological innovation, or development, including donations to education.

2. Social Service: Individuals engaged in various social service activities who have demonstrated outstanding performance or contributions.

3. Other Categories: Individuals selected by the committee for special contributions that do not fall under the previous categories.

Recommendation Method

1. Recommendation by the Alumni Association or each alumni chapter.
2. Recommendation approved by the departmental (program) meeting.
3. Recommendation signed by five or more faculty and staff members of the university.
4. Recommendation by the head of the institution where the nominee is employed.
5. Recommendation signed by ten or more alumni.

Please submit your application to the Employment Services and Alumni Services Center of National Kinmen University by 12:00 PM on October 24, 2023.

Preliminary Review Submission Materials

口 One original and Word electronic file of the Outstanding Alumni Selection Recommendation Form for the 112th academic year

口 A copy of the recommended individual's diploma from this university

口 A copy of the highest educational diploma of the recommended individual

口 Documentation of the recommended individual's outstanding achievements (limited to 20 pages)

口 Police criminal record certificate (no criminal record in the past five years)

口 Personal data consent form

(Please bind the above materials in A4 size.)

Recognition Method

Outstanding alumni will be publicly recognized and awarded medals during the annual anniversary ceremony.
