1. Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. is recruiting 305 outstanding graduates to cultivate engineers in "Telecommunications Line Construction and Maintenance" and "Mobile Communication Network Base Station Construction and Maintenance." Trainees will receive specialized training based on job requirements, and those who qualify will be formally employed by the company.

2. Recruitment Information:

(1) Application Period: April 23 to May 19, 113, until 5:00 PM.
(2) Eligibility:

1. Education: Recent graduates may apply.

(i) Graduates from domestic and foreign public/private high schools (senior vocational schools).

(ii) Graduates from domestic and foreign colleges (associate degrees) and universities (bachelor's degrees) or higher.

2. Fields of Study:

(i) High school/vocational: Industrial categories as defined by the Ministry of Education.

(ii) College and above: Fields including Natural Sciences, Information and Communication Technology, Engineering, and Manufacturing as per Ministry of Education classifications.

(3) Application Method: Online registration at https://rmis.cht.com.tw.
(4) Training Duration: 3 months, with a monthly living stipend of NT$27,400, labor insurance coverage, and free accommodation and meals during the 4-week professional training phase. Qualified trainees will sign a labor contract upon placement, with salaries based on their educational qualifications:

(i) High school: NT$37,730

(ii) Associate degree: NT$43,195

(iii) Bachelor's degree: NT$45,220

(iv) From July 1, 113, an additional monthly meal allowance of NT$2,400 will be provided.

(5) Trainees who qualify and are employed for over 2 years while obtaining an associate or bachelor’s degree may have their positions and salaries adjusted based on performance evaluations.
