1. This program is based on the County's 113th Annual Summer Internship Program for College Students in Public Sectors.

2. The purpose is to enable youth to understand the operations of government organizations, job content, organizational culture, and the processes of public policy formation, development, and implementation during their studies. It encourages youth participation in public affairs and helps them learn about government mechanisms to plan for their future career development. This program specifically offers internship opportunities in public sectors for students registered in this county.

3. The eligible participants for this program are as follows:

(1) Residents of this county: must have been registered for more than 4 months, calculated as of April 1, 2024.

(2) Students currently enrolled in domestic universities and colleges who are in at least their first year, or first-year graduate students moving to their second year:

1. University students, including those from four-year technical colleges, must be in their first year or above.

2. Students from two-year technical colleges or two-year vocational schools (first-year moving to second year).

3. Students from five-year junior colleges must be in their fourth year or above (fourth-year moving to fifth year).

4. Graduate students moving from first year to second year.

(3) Those not eligible for this program:

1. Students who have extended their studies in university (vocational).

2. Fresh graduates who have just enrolled in a university or college.

3. Recent graduates.

4. Night school students.

5. Students from distance learning programs (airborne vocational schools or universities).

6. Students in continuing education or weekend programs.

7. Students who have participated in the county's 106th or 112th Annual Summer Internship Program for College Students in Public Sectors (including those who left midway) are not eligible for re-hire.
