The Bureau is implementing a plan subsidized by the Ministry of Labor to ensure compliance with labor laws among enterprises. There are three contract inspector positions available, and candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
(1) A graduate degree in Labor, Social Sciences, or Law, or a degree in another field with at least 20 credits in the specified professional subjects (no cross-department recognition).
(2) A bachelor's degree in Labor, Social Sciences, or Law, or a degree in another field with at least 20 credits in the specified subjects, along with one of the following work experiences:
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel, human resources, or legal roles within enterprises or in labor administration.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in legal work.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in labor condition inspections.

The positions are classified as level 7, with a salary of 328 points (approximately NT$44,280). The main responsibilities include handling labor condition complaints, conducting periodic inspections, adjudication, appeals, and related administrative litigation.
