2. Recruitment Target：Anyone who is studying, employed, or registered in Hsinchu County, has influence in a professional field, and is between the ages of 18 and 40, including students and young professionals, with a passion for public participation and concern for local issues in Hsinchu County, is eligible to apply.

3. Registration and Application Process：From now until 5:00 PM on November 20, 2024 (Wednesday)，the registration website（shorturl.at/eKZ58）Complete the online registration and download the registration documents. After filling them out, send them by mail (postmarked by the deadline) to the Youth Affairs Division of the Education Bureau (6th Floor, Building B, No. 10, Guangming 6th Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County). The registration documents must include the application form, personal statement, supporting materials, and a declaration, for the registration process to be considered complete.

4. This selection process will consist of two stages: qualification review and an interview. The Education Bureau will conduct the qualification review, and qualified applicants will be notified for an interview. Unqualified applicants will not be notified separately，The list of applicants who pass the initial review will be announced on the Education Bureau's website and the Youth Affairs Division's Facebook page by November 27, 2024 (Wednesday)，for detailed recruitment information, please refer to the application brochure.
