The "Aircraft Maintenance Practical Training Program" covers basic maintenance skills, aircraft component safety, structural riveting, composite material identification, electrical system measurement, instrument disassembly, hydraulic systems, and engine system repair. It also prepares participants for the Level B and C aircraft maintenance technician certification exams, essential for entering the field.

Eligible participants are unemployed youth aged 15 to 29. The program, part of the Industry New Talent Program, provides subsidies for training fees and a NT$16,000 learning allowance during the training period.
