1. The training is organized based on the Ministry of Labor's Workforce Development Agency's contract for 2024 Technician Skill Certification and related testing work.

2. The training includes three categories: exam staff, proctors, and venue management. Registration is open from May 23 to June 13. Participants who score 80 points or above will receive a certificate. Course schedule and registration details are attached.

3. Each unit may register up to three participants, with a limit of one new proctor per unit. Returning proctors are not subject to this limit. Participants can choose one date for the course.

4. Seat availability varies by location, and registration will close once full. A waiting list will be created for overflow, and additional spots will be filled from the list.

5. New proctor training requires compliance with specific rules and must be from current on-site personnel at the certification location, with proof of employment required at registration.

6. Since 2015, proctors must undergo re-training every 5 years. Those who qualified in 2018 must complete re-training this year. The list of proctors requiring re-training can be checked in the project management system's document section. Additionally, the organization will notify proctors via email. Participants who score 80 points or above on the re-training exam will receive a qualification certificate. Those who score below 80 or are unable to attend the training will not be eligible for selection the following year. Proctors with no records of proctoring in the past year are also ineligible.

7. Tea will be provided during the training, but please bring your own cup for environmental sustainability.
