The Ministry of Labor is organizing the 2024 International Social Entrepreneur Training and Competition for Youth.
The Ministry of Labor Northern, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, and Kinmen-Matsu Branch is launching the 2024 Youth Participation in the BeChangeMaker (BCM) International Social Entrepreneur Training and Competition. This initiative encourages youth to apply their skills to social innovation and solve societal issues, promoting the international competition hosted by WorldSkills International (WSI), aiming to achieve excellent results, align with global standards, and enhance employment and entrepreneurial competitiveness.
The qualifications for participation in this program are as follows:
- Team members must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Each team should consist of 2 to 5 members, with one leader acting as the main contact representative.
- More than half of the team members must be of Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality, with at least 1 or 2 members proficient in English.
The department will be organizing an "Online Advisory Workshop" for the competition (event details in the attachment). The workshop aims to strengthen the completeness of the proposal and introductory videos for teams participating in the International Social Entrepreneur Training Competition. Expert mentors will provide guidance to help improve the proposal's structure and offer technical consultations for the implementation of the project.
