1. To reserve the technical staff for the skills testing of the aforementioned profession and establish a fair and impartial evaluation system, the training is conducted in accordance with Articles 31 to 34 of the Technician Skills Testing and Certification Regulations.

2. The training will adopt a written qualification review process based on established standards. Experts and scholars will be invited by the center to hold a review meeting, and the results will be notified separately.

3. All training registrations must be done online; paper registration will not be accepted. The deadline for registration and the calculation of service years is November 30, 113 (the latest submission must be before 23:59 on this day, and late submissions will not be accepted). For unit referrals, please upload the "Unit Referral Agreement" with the official seal or stamp without needing to submit additional documents for referral. 1. Graduates of vocational schools or above, currently or previously working as technical personnel with registration certificates related to the training profession, high school (vocational) teachers, military instructors, technical staff, or trainers from vocational training institutions, with at least 8 years of experience in work related to the training profession.

2. Currently or previously employed by a central competent authority as a member of the profession's skill certification standards formulation or question bank creation team.

3. Recommended by relevant competent authorities or central competent authorities as experts or senior personnel with considerable academic and practical experience.

4. Hold a technician certification of Class B or above for the training profession and have at least 10 years of related work experience.

5. Graduates of high school (vocational) or above, possessing the technician certification of the level offered by the training profession, with at least 13 years of related work experience, and where the training profession does not offer a Class B certification.

6. Participated in international skill competitions or international vocational skill events and received an award, with at least 3 years of related work experience, and the competition profession is related to the training profession.

7. Participated in the national skills competition, ranked in the top 3, with at least 8 years of related work experience, and the competition profession is related to the training profession.
