Project iDEA aims to help students connect with the workplace through corporate guidance and sharing. Participants will have the chance to collaborate with students from Malaysia, Singapore, India, the Philippines, and Indonesia to learn and compete in creativity, achieving the goal of i Develop, Engage, Attain for Future.

Participation is free, and during the competition, students will also receive a workplace skills package from the company.

Six highlights of Project iDEA:

• Through the competition, students from all universities in Taiwan will be encouraged to demonstrate their problem-solving and thinking abilities, learn about the pharmaceutical industry, and prepare for future career challenges.
• All registered participants will receive free online learning courses provided by AstraZeneca, covering resume and interview preparation, applicable to any occasion!
• Teams selected for the Taiwan finals will have the opportunity to attend A Day in AZ, a chance to meet and exchange ideas with company leaders and other finalist teams, helping expand industry and academic networks.
• The winning team in Taiwan will also compete with other countries' students, identify their strengths, and have a chance for internships to apply what they've learned.
• The winning team from the Asia-Pacific region will receive an exclusive MBA workshop from AstraZeneca, helping to build cross-border networks and cultivate business thinking.
• Registration Time: Now until May 26, 2024
• Eligibility: All undergraduate, master's, and PhD students in Taiwan, no restrictions on department or grade level
• Competition Format: Students can form teams freely across departments or universities, with 1-4 members per team. Each team member must complete registration.
