1. Starting from 2023, the Hsinchu County Government, in collaboration with businesses and universities, has developed a youth employment internship platform. It offers digital innovation training courses, company matching, and internship support systems, with excellent results. Many outstanding youths have been offered permanent positions after completing their internships, creating a win-win situation for both companies and youth employment. This year, the platform invites more companies to offer internship opportunities and expands the program to include students from the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions, aiming to reduce the gap between learning and employment and create more diverse job opportunities for youth.

2. The Bureau plans to offer 12 digital innovation training courses (available online), including 6 sessions each for Cross-Disciplinary Innovation Design Thinking and Digital Transformation Innovation Trends. By attending any of these courses, participants will have the opportunity to submit their resumes. Course dates and locations are listed in the attached files.
