[Ministry of Labor] Announcement: Recruitment for instructors for the 113th Key Employability Skills Course (3 sessions).
The Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, in response to technological advancements and changes in work patterns, has established the "Key Employability Skills Course" (hereafter referred to as "the Course"). Targeting university students and young professionals, the Course aims to foster talent development and strengthen the nation's human capital by enhancing workplace employability skills.

To integrate private-sector resources and professional instructors from various backgrounds in promoting this course, the "113th Key Employability Skills Course" will conduct three rounds of instructor recruitment.
Applications are accepted online (4/11 Thursday - 4/21 Sunday) and via mail (postmarked by 4/23 Tuesday). Please refer to the brochure (attached) for details.

(1) Educational qualifications must meet one of the following:
1. Master’s degree or higher.
2. Bachelor’s degree with over 6 years of work experience post-graduation.
(2) Relevant experience must meet one of the following:
1. Currently or previously employed as a lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor, or professor at a college or university approved by the Ministry of Education, with at least one year of teaching experience in subjects related to this course.
(Documents required: teacher certification approved by the Ministry of Education per the “Qualifications for Teachers in Colleges and Universities” and proof of at least one year of teaching experience in related subjects.)
2. At least three years of industry teaching experience and managerial experience in the industry.
