[External Career Lecture] Lü Jie: Society is Moving, History Must Be Understood, 7/26 in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City
Reason:
The Changhua County Government has established this program to encourage young people to stay, return, or move to the county for stable employment, and to encourage local businesses to improve salaries and benefits, thus cultivating outstanding young talent.
Eligibility:
1. This program applies to nationals residing in the county who are between 18 and 45 years of age (hereinafter referred to as "youth") and meet one of the following qualifications:
(1) Youth staying in the county: Youth who are not currently studying and are seeking employment for the first time in the county.
(2) Youth returning to the county: Youth whose household registration is in the county and who are returning from other places for employment.
(3) Youth migrating to the county: Youth who have moved their household registration to the county and are employed within the county.
2. Youth who meet the above qualifications and have been continuously employed by the same employer for at least 30 days, and meet the following requirements, may apply to the county government for a stable employment subsidy:
(1) Legally enrolled in labor insurance.
(2) Actual work location is within the county.
(3) Employed full-time with monthly salary of NT$28,000 or more. The first provision applies even if the youth is employed by a business unit with fewer than 5 employees, as long as they are enrolled in employment insurance.
The employment period is recognized from the date the youth starts paying for labor insurance or employment insurance. Periods of leave without pay are not included in the employment period under this program.
Subsidy Amount:
The stable employment subsidy, after being reviewed and approved, will provide NT$2,000 per month, with a maximum of 6 months, totaling NT$12,000.
