1. Handled according to the Ministry of Labor’s letter No. 1130513971 dated September 18, 2024.

2. This program provides summer part-time job opportunities for college youth registered in Changhua County, allowing students to cultivate correct employment concepts and attitudes, enhance professional knowledge, and be fully prepared for entering the workforce in the future.

3. This year (114), a total of 153 part-time positions are offered. The work period is from July 1 to August 31, 2025, with a salary of NT$28,590.

4. Eligibility requirements for applicants:

   (1) Students under 29 years old who have been registered in Changhua County for more than 4 months, with official enrollment in domestic colleges (1st–3rd year), four-year technical programs (1st–3rd year), two-year technical programs or two-year junior colleges (1st year), or five-year junior colleges (4th year). Excludes overseas students, current-year graduates, 5-year junior college students below 4th year, continuing education, open university students, graduate students, and high school 3rd-year students.

   (2) Have not previously been employed in the county’s youth public sector summer work program.

   (3) Application method: Online registration via the Changhua County Government Digital Service Platform during the application period (URL: https://gov.tw/fKF).

5. Application period: March 26, 2025, to April 11, 2025.
