1. To help youth actively explore future career paths, enhance workplace skills and retraining, and reduce the gap between learning and work through internships, the Bureau has established relevant subsidy programs.
2. Youth Career Development Subsidy Program (Attachment 1), summarized as follows:
(1) Eligible participants: Residents of Taipei City aged 18 to under 30, residing in the city for more than 6 months.
(2) Subsidy scope: This program covers only actual paid tuition and course registration fees, excluding agency fees, administrative fees, and license fees.
(3) Subsidy amount: The maximum subsidy is NT$10,000; for low-income or lower-middle-income households in the city, the maximum subsidy is NT$20,000.





3. Youth Internship Allowance Program (Attachment 2), summarized as follows:
(1) Eligible participants: Students aged 15 to under 30, residing in Taipei City for more than 6 months, and participating in an internship.
(2) Subsidy amount:

NT$5,000 per month per person; for youth from low-income or lower-middle-income households in the city, NT$10,000 per month per person.

Can be claimed in installments or in a single payment, with a maximum of 3 months’ allowance per person per year.

If a youth undergoes a health check during the internship or within 30 days before starting work, a health check subsidy of up to NT$1,000 may be granted, limited to once per person per year.





4. Shared Mobility (Scooter) Hour/Discount Vouchers & Public Transportation Subsidy Program 2.0 (Attachment 3), summarized as follows:
(1) Eligible participants:
1. Youth aged 15 to under 30, residing in Taipei City or studying in the city, and participating in an internship.
2. Youth aged 15 to under 30, residing in Taipei City, who are neither studying nor employed.
(2) Subsidy scope: Hour/discount vouchers for shared mobility (scooters) or EasyCard (valid for 30 days on TPASS Greater Taipei–Keelung–Taoyuan metropolitan transport).
(3) Subsidy limit: Each person may claim a maximum of 2 times per year; for youth from low-income or lower-middle-income households in the city, the maximum is 4 times per year.
