Description:

1. The Jiudian Architecture Culture and Arts Foundation has long promoted green architecture, wooden structures, and circular economy development. To cultivate young students’ understanding and practical skills in wood recycling, the foundation is holding the “2025 Old Wood, New Life × Artisan Renewal—Wood Recycling Workshop.”

2. This three-week workshop is designed for students and professionals in architecture, industrial design, product design, and related fields. The program includes basic woodworking training, reuse of recycled wood, design practice, industry visits, and culminates with participants creating their own projects using recycled wood to embody low-carbon design and material reuse.

3. Workshop Information:
(1) Date: July 14, 2025 (Mon) – August 1, 2025 (Fri)
(2) Location: Artisan Woodworking Classroom (No. 82, Ligong St., Beitou District, Taipei City, near Guandu MRT Station)
(3) Fee: Fully sponsored by the foundation (original NT$50,000); only a NT$5,000 deposit required (refundable upon completion)
(4) Eligibility: Ages 20–40, with interest in woodworking, recycled wood use, and circular design; relevant academic background or practical experience preferred
(5) Application Deadline: May 20, 2025 (Tue)
