To cultivate potential female university students by helping them understand themselves, build interpersonal skills, and overcome personal limits, this training camp aims to enhance participants’ decision-making and influence in self-development, social participation, and workplace leadership.

Event dates and locations:
(1) Northern Region: July 29–31, 2025 (Tue–Thu) at NCCU Public Affairs Center and AKA Hostel, Taipei.
(2) Central Region: August 12–14, 2025 (Tue–Thu) at National Hotel, Taichung.
(3) Southern Region: July 15–17, 2025 (Tue–Thu) at Han-Hsien International Hotel, Kaohsiung. -
Registration is free. Participants must submit a NTD 1,000 deposit, refundable upon full attendance. Low-income, middle-low income, or families with annual income below NTD 700,000 are exempt from the deposit and may apply for transportation subsidies. See the brochure for details.

Registration methods:
(1) Self-registration: Fill in the form at https://forms.gle/oRRff4G FtSbtNqc89. Admissions are based on selection review.
(2) School recommendation: Each school may recommend one female student with leadership potential. Submit the recommendation form during the registration period; recommended students will have priority.
(3) Each region: 80 confirmed spots and 20 waiting list spots. Admission results will be announced on the Youth Development Administration website and Facebook page in late June 2025. -
