• Since 2023, the Hsinchu County Government has collaborated with enterprises and universities to create a youth employment and internship platform. The program offers digital innovation skill courses, company matching, and internship support systems, and hosts outcome presentations. It has been highly effective, with many outstanding youths securing full-time positions after their internships, creating a win-win opportunity for both companies and young talent. In 2026 (Year 115), the program enters its fourth year, inviting more companies from Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli as well as universities to participate. To meet the demands of the AI era and the career trends of Gen Z, this year’s program introduces two major upgrades:

  • Emphasis on project-based internships, with a minimum of 45 days of hands-on experience

  • Expansion of eligible participants from current university students to fresh graduates within one year
    The goal is to create mutually beneficial opportunities for both companies and young talent.
