Position: Contract Manager

Salary Points: 296–376 salary points (NT$41,173–NT$52,301)
New employees shall start from the minimum salary point specified in the project and advance according to the evaluation regulations.
Eligibility Requirements
I. Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Graduated from domestic or overseas graduate schools with a master’s degree.
(2) Graduated from domestic or overseas universities with a bachelor’s degree and have more than 6 months of work experience related to the position.
(3) Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or above from domestic or overseas departments related to nursing, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, public health, medical care, or related fields recognized by the Ministry of Education.
Job Responsibilities
I. Execute related tasks for the Community Service Resource Development Plan for Psychiatric Patients and Caregivers.
II. Regularly complete relevant records, compile data results, and handle administrative procedures related to funding.
III. Other temporary assignments.

Selection Process
I. This form shall be completed by the hiring unit and implemented after review by the Personnel Office and approval by the head of the organization.
II. The recruitment examination shall be conducted according to the "Taipei City Government Department of Health Annual Plan Contract Employee Public Selection Operation Guidelines". If a written examination is adopted, it shall additionally follow the "Confidentiality Guidelines for Personnel Examination Operations of Taipei City Government Department of Health and District Health Service Centers".
III. Job vacancies must be announced online for at least 7 days (excluding the posting date, and the final day cannot be a holiday). In addition to the regular recruitment quota, a waiting list quota may be added, but it may not exceed twice the number of vacancies. The Personnel Office will announce the recruitment information online.

Remarks

- Employment Period: From the actual starting date until December 31, 2026. Employees will undergo a 3-month probation period according to the Taipei City Government Department of Health Contract Employee Evaluation Guidelines. Those who receive an evaluation score below 70 points will be dismissed. In 2027, employment will be renewed annually based on the employment plan and performance evaluation.
- The funding for this employment plan is provided by special subsidies from the Ministry of Health and Welfare. If the subsidy is reduced, suspended, or the reason for employment no longer exists, the position may be reduced or terminated without conditions. No request for continued employment or assistance may be made for any reason.
