The Taiwan Railways Corporation (TRC) is conducting the 2026 Joint Recruitment Examination for Employees of the Yilan Power Section, Hualien Signaling and Telecommunications Section, and Taitung Power Section. Qualified students and alumni are welcome to apply.

II. Key Recruitment Schedule
- Application Period: August 17–28, 2026
- Physical Fitness Test: September 5, 2026
- Written Examination: September 19, 2026
- Practical Skills Test: October 17, 2026
- Announcement of Selected Candidates: 2:00 p.m., November 6, 2026

III. Salary and Compensation
- Salary is paid in accordance with the Company's employee compensation schedule, with a starting salary of approximately NT$37,230 per month.
- Employees may receive an annual salary increase based on their year-end performance evaluation, up to the maximum salary level of their position.
- Employees performing on-site track-related duties may receive additional allowances in accordance with applicable regulations, including:
- Hazardous-duty allowance: up to NT$3,000/month
- Night-shift allowance: approximately up to NT$5,600/month
- Regional allowance for the Hualien–Taitung area: NT$630/month
- Allowance for remote mountainous areas: NT$3,090/month
IV. Employee Benefits
Upon appointment, employees are entitled to benefits in accordance with the Company's regulations, including:

V. Recruitment Quota and Eligibility
