The Hsinchu County Government, in collaboration with enterprises and universities and colleges, is organizing the 2026 Digital Innovation Youth Employment & Internship Program. Students and young graduates are encouraged to participate.

Since 2023, Hsinchu County has worked with businesses and higher education institutions to establish a youth employment and internship platform. The program provides digital innovation training courses, company matching, internship support, and outcome presentations. Many participants have successfully transitioned to full-time employment after completing their internships, creating a win-win opportunity for both employers and young talent.

Now in its fourth year, the program will bring together more business partners and higher education institutions from the Taoyuan–Hsinchu–Miaoli region. In response to the growing demand for AI-related talent and changing job-search trends among Generation Z, the 2026 program introduces two major upgrades:

• Project-based internships: Internships will focus on practical, project-based experience and require a minimum of 45 days of hands-on training.
• Expanded eligibility: For the first time, the program is open not only to current university and college students but also to recent graduates within one year of graduation.

The program aims to create valuable opportunities for both young talent and participating companies.
