【Ministry of Examination】Second Professional and Technical Personnel Examination, 2026
The Second Professional and Technical Personnel Examination of 2026 will include examinations for nutritionists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, forensic pathologists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, dental technicians, public health specialists, and optometrists.
I. Registration Period
Online registration for the examinations will be open from April 7 to April 16, 2026.

Please enter document code 1153300252 to access the relevant materials.
II. Deadlines for Group Registration Documents
To comply with the examination schedule, universities are requested to submit the following documents by the deadlines below and send them by registered mail to the Third Section, Department of Professional and Technical Examinations, Ministry of Examination:
- Application Form for a University Coordinator Account for the Online Registration Information System: By March 27, 2026
- Group Registration Review Checklist and Applicants’ Registration Documents: By April 24, 2026
- List of Graduates: By June 30, 2026
III. Uploading Photos and Identification Documents
Applicants must upload their photograph and identification documents to the National Examination Online Registration Information System during the online registration process:

The uploaded photograph and identification documents will also be printed together with the registration form. Both black-and-white and color printing are acceptable. Applicants and university coordinators are advised to ensure that the printed photograph and identification documents are clear and legible.
