The Miaoli County Government has announced the “Miaoli County Government Incentive Program for Low- and Lower-Middle-Income Households Obtaining Technical Certifications.” Eligible students and residents are encouraged to develop professional skills, obtain technical certifications, and enhance their employment opportunities.

1. Eligibility

The program is available to individuals who:

• Are registered residents of Miaoli County and belong to a low-income or lower-middle-income household; and
• Obtained a technical certification issued by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, Skills Evaluation Center on or after November 1, 2025.

Eligible applicants may apply for a certification incentive award to encourage economically disadvantaged households to develop professional skills, pursue technical certifications, and improve their employment capabilities.

2. Application Period and Procedure

Eligible applicants may apply from now until November 30, 2026. The postmark date or the date stamped upon receipt by the authority shall be used to determine whether the application is submitted within the deadline.

Applicants should complete the application form and prepare all required supporting documents, then submit the application by mail or in person to the Miaoli County Government.
