【Securities and Futures Institute】2026 Academic Year (12th Cohort) Financial Employment Public Welfare Program for College Students
The Securities and Futures Institute (SFI) is promoting the 2026 Academic Year (12th Cohort) Financial Employment Public Welfare Program for College Students to provide career support for economically disadvantaged students and assist them in pursuing employment opportunities in the financial services industry after graduation.
1. Program Background
The financial services industry is one of Taiwan’s important industries, offering competitive salaries and promising career development opportunities. In response to the Financial Supervisory Commission’s initiative encouraging the financial services industry to contribute to social welfare, the program organizer, Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC), has joined forces with organizations in the financial, securities, and futures sectors to implement the Financial Employment Public Welfare Program for College Students.
The program has been held for 11 cohorts since the 2015 academic year, with positive results.
2. Program Overview
For the 2026 Academic Year (12th Cohort), one class will be offered at each of eight universities nationwide, with approximately 50–80 economically disadvantaged college students admitted to each class.
Through free professional training courses and preparation for relevant financial certification examinations, the program aims to strengthen participants’ employment competitiveness. After completing the training, participants will also have access to job-matching opportunities in the financial services industry, helping them prepare for their future careers and improve their families’ economic circumstances.

The program consists of a total of 170 hours of training, including:
- 9 hours for financial certification examinations
