【Program Overview】

To help young people gain a better understanding of the workplace and plan their careers at an early stage, the Sun Yat-sen Management Education Foundation organizes the 2026 Youth Summer Community Workplace Experience Program, commissioned by the Youth Development Administration, Ministry of Education.

During the summer, participating students will gain practical workplace experience through non-profit organizations engaged in community industries and social welfare initiatives. The program provides college and university students with valuable learning opportunities to experience the workplace, adapt to working environments, and develop their careers. Participants can also apply their professional knowledge, creativity, and energy to support local revitalization and sustainable community development.
