National Quemoy University Outstanding Alumni Selection (Academic Year 2025–2026, 3rd Edition)

【Award Categories & Selection Criteria】

Graduates and former students of all departments and programs of the University, including daytime and continuing education programs, who identify with the University and have made significant contributions or achievements in the following areas may be recommended as candidates, provided they have no criminal record within the past five years:

1. Contribution to the University: Significant contributions to teaching, service, technological innovation, fundraising for education, or university development.
2. Social Service: Outstanding performance or contributions through social service.
3. Other Contributions: Special contributions that do not fall under the above categories, as recognized by the Selection Committee.

【Nomination Methods】

Candidates may be nominated by:

1. The University Alumni Association or departmental alumni associations.
2. A department/program following approval by its departmental/program affairs meeting.
3. At least five faculty or staff members of the University jointly.
4. The head of the candidate’s employing organization.
5. At least ten alumni jointly.

【Submission】

Please submit the application materials by 12:00 PM on September 18, 2025 (Thursday) by hand or mail to:

【Required Documents for Preliminary Review】

• Original copy and Word file of the 2025 Outstanding Alumni Nomination Form
• Copy of the candidate’s National Quemoy University diploma
• Copy of the candidate’s highest academic degree diploma
• Supporting documents demonstrating the candidate’s achievements (20 pages or fewer recommended)
• Police Criminal Record Certificate showing no relevant criminal record within the past five years
• Personal Data Consent Form

Please compile the above documents in A4 format.

【Recognition】

Outstanding alumni will be publicly recognized and presented with a medal at the University’s annual anniversary ceremony, tentatively scheduled for the morning of November 4, 2025.
