The Chung Hua University IC Application Engineer Practical Training Program consists of 368 hours of training. Classes will begin on September 9, 2026, and end on November 17, 2026. Partner company: Realtek Semiconductor Corporation.

The program is open to applicants interested in pursuing careers in the smart electronics industry, with free registration. Eligible participants under the Ministry of Labor’s Industry New Talent Program (unemployed individuals under 30) may receive a 100% tuition subsidy and a monthly learning incentive of NT$8,000. Please refer to the attached guidelines for details. Participants who successfully complete the program and demonstrate a positive attitude will receive assistance in pursuing employment in the smart electronics industry.
