The university is now accepting applications from campus units and faculty members interested in hosting National Examination information sessions organized by the Ministry of Examination for 2027. Applications will be accepted until September 23, 2026 (Wednesday).

Introduction

1. The Ministry of Examination aims to help university students understand the national examination system and career opportunities in civil service and specialized professional and technical fields. To this end, it plans to organize National Examination information sessions to provide students with relevant information about national examinations and diverse career pathways. These sessions will help students interested in public service or professional fields explore their career options early and consider national examinations as part of their career planning.

2. The information sessions will be conducted in the form of lectures, with presentation materials customized to suit the participants’ backgrounds and needs. Relevant information about national examinations will also be provided. Topics include:

• Career planning: Taking charge of your own future

• Introduction to national examinations

• Trends in national examinations

• How to access examination information

• How to choose the appropriate civil service examination category

• How to prepare for national examinations

• National examination procedures

These sessions will help students establish career goals early and make effective use of university resources to plan their future careers.

Please complete the “Application Form for the 2027 National Examination Information Session” and email the completed electronic file to the Center (Career Development Center) at:

3. Funding and Transportation Arrangements:
Regarding the lecture honorarium and round-trip transportation between the university and the train station specified in the application form, the Center will cover the lecture honorarium but will not provide transportation services or cover other event-related expenses.
