TEL Taiwan 2026 Semiconductor Recruitment Interview Event

Join Tokyo Electron Taiwan (TEL Taiwan), a leading global semiconductor equipment manufacturer and one of Asia’s largest semiconductor equipment companies.

Registration is now open for the 2026 recruitment interview event. This is an opportunity to meet one-on-one with technical department managers and HR representatives and potentially secure a position with a leading international semiconductor equipment company before the end of the year.

Open Positions

Equipment Engineer

• Provide semiconductor equipment technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PM), and equipment assembly.

• Record, collect, and analyze equipment issues.

• Maintain on-site Field 6S standards.

• Language requirement: TOEIC 500 or above (online test available), or JLPT N2 or above.

Process Engineer

• Develop new device technologies and implement manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with customers on advanced process development and technical support.

• Identify customer process issues and provide solutions.

• Maintain existing Process of Record (POR) advantages and expand market share.

• Language requirement: TOEIC 500 or above (online test available), or JLPT N2 or above.

Recruitment Process

1. Complete the registration form by November 6, 2026.

2. Submit a Chinese résumé and an English or Japanese résumé.

3. Applicants without a TOEIC score certificate issued within the past two years will take an online English test.

4. Candidates who pass the résumé and language screening will be contacted by phone within one week.

5. Attend the Tainan recruitment event on November 14, featuring a company presentation, engineer sharing session, and interviews with department managers and HR.

6. Interview results are expected to be announced by mid-December.
