Academic Year 2026 (AY 115) National Quemoy University × Graduating Students × Employment Services Survey
To comply with the Ministry of Education’s reporting requirements for the 2026 College and University Student Information Database, eligible students are requested to complete the Employment Services Survey.
I. Eligible Participants
Currently enrolled students in the daytime program for Academic Year 2026 (AY 115):

Fourth-year undergraduate students, including students with extended enrollment.

First- and second-year master’s students.
II. Purpose of the Survey
The survey responses will be used to determine whether students consent to:

Receiving employment service follow-up phone calls from the Ministry of Labor.

Having relevant information shared with the university.
Students who complete the survey will be considered willing to receive employment service follow-up calls. Students who do not complete the survey will be considered unwilling to receive such calls.
