**Internship Opportunity: Tainan City Art Museum**

**Recruitment Criteria**
Students currently enrolled in domestic and international colleges and universities, majoring in fields related to our institution's requirements, are welcome to apply for an internship at our museum.

**Internship Duration and Hours**
The internship period will be from January 15, 2024, to February 18, 2024, with a minimum requirement of 80 hours of internship.

**Number of Openings and Internship Details**
There are 7 openings available. Please refer to the attached document for further details about the internship position.

**Application Deadline**
Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2023. Late applications will not be considered.

**Application Procedure**
Students from domestic and international colleges and universities majoring in fields related to our institution's business can apply for an internship during the specified recruitment period by submitting the following documents:

  1. Complete the "Tainan City Art Museum 2024 Winter Internship Application Form."
  2. Sign the "Tainan City Art Museum Personal Data Collection Consent Form."
  3. Submit a personal resume (format is flexible).
  4. Include an internship plan (including objectives, tasks, methods, duration, the intended department for the internship, and expected outcomes).
  5. If the applicant's program or department requires the museum to sign relevant agreements, the applicant should explain and provide the necessary documents for the museum's approval (if applicable).

**Submission of Application Documents**

  1.  By Mail: If you choose to mail your application, please send it to Ms. Lin in the Education and Outreach Department at Building 2, No. 1, Section 2, Zhongyi Road, Central West District, Tainan City, with the subject line indicating "2024 Winter Internship Application_(Your Name and Department Applied For)." The postmark date will be considered.
  2. In-Person Submission: If you choose to submit your application in person, please do so before 5:00 PM on October 15, 2023, at the central control room of the staff entrance at Building 2, located across from No. 26, You'ai Street, Central West District, Tainan City.

**Internship Compensation and Benefits**

  1. The internship at the museum is for educational purposes, and as such, the museum does not provide compensation or benefits (including allowances, transportation, meals, accommodation, etc.). It also does not provide social insurance such as labor insurance, national health insurance, labor retirement pension insurance, or occupational accident insurance.
  2. During the internship, students will be covered by travel insurance.
  3. During the internship period, students can enjoy discounts at the Tainan City Art Museum's self-operated shop (excluding items already on sale) and free parking at the museum.

**Important Note for Students Submitting Correspondence from Our School**
Students submitting documents endorsed by our school are requested to prepare the required documents and submit them to our school's Career Counseling and Alumni Services Center (Room R446) by 5:00 PM on October 6, 112 (Friday).
