【Internship Program Information】

【Internship Participants】
Students in the third and fourth year of relevant departments from domestic public and private universities in the 113 academic year (must meet the qualifications of enrolled students).

【Internship Period】

1. The internship is open from February 112 to the end of June 112, totaling 5 months.
2.  The internship is salaried and follows the working hours of the applied department. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. For departments with shifts, participants need to accommodate the schedule.

【Internship Units】
Includes the Office of Artistic Director, Operations Department, Marketing Department, Program Department, Technical Department, and Administration Department.

【Internship Location】
The main location is at the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (No. 1 Sanduo 1st Road, Fengshan District, Kaohsiung City). Some time may require off-site participation based on the internship content.

【Internship Content】
For the application conditions of each unit, please refer to the "Eight, Internship Conditions" in the attached guidelines.

【Internship Allowance】
Participants will receive a monthly salary, and the basic salary may be adjusted by the supervisory agency during the internship. Meals, accommodation, and transportation allowances are not provided. Attendance and leave are handled according to the venue's internship personnel management regulations and labor laws.

【Other Benefits】

1. Offers relevant internship training courses and provides program ticket discounts during the internship.
2. Those who complete over 75% of the actual internship hours and pass the evaluation of attendance, internship reports, and performance will receive an internship completion certificate.

【Qualifications】

1.  Students from universities in Taiwan who are in the third year or above (including those entering the third year and recent graduates) and graduate students.
2.  Eligibility at the time of application is the main consideration.
3. For the application conditions of each unit, please refer to the "Eight, Internship Conditions" in the attached guidelines.

【Selection Time】

1.  Applicants who pass the written review of qualifications will be notified for an interview. Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified separately.
2. Interviews are scheduled for December 21, 112, and the interview time and location will be notified separately. The announcement of acceptance is expected on January 5, 113. The expected reporting date is February 19, 113.

【Application Method】

1.  From now until November 24, please download and complete the Intern Application Form from the official website (Attachment 1).
2.  Fill out the application form at the following link (https://weiwuying.surveycake.com/s/NwNmG) and upload the Intern Application Form (Attachment 1) and relevant supporting documents. After reviewing the application, suitable candidates will be notified for an interview with the internship department supervisor.
3.  The application period is from now until November 24, 112. Late applications will not be accepted.
4. -Each person should apply to one unit as a principle.

1. This program is implemented according to the venue's internship personnel management regulations, and the internship contract signed by the venue is the main document.
