National Quemoy University Refund Announcement for Miscellaneous Internship Fees for the 1st Semester of the 113th Academic Year
1. For students who participated in off-campus internships during the 2nd semester of the 112th academic year and completed a full year/semester of off-campus internships, they may apply for a refund of miscellaneous fees through their department by Friday, September 27, 113th academic year.
2. Regulations for refunding miscellaneous fees for students in full-semester off-campus internships: According to Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the university's "Guidelines for Offering Professional Internship Courses in the Day Division," students who participate in off-campus internship courses for a full semester or academic year, without taking other courses, will be charged full tuition and only four-fifths of miscellaneous fees. Students can apply for a refund after the add/drop period, and after department confirmation. If the department pays related internship fees to the internship institution during the internship, the tuition and miscellaneous fees will not be reduced.
3. Process and forms for miscellaneous fee refunds:
(1) Required documents:
(1) National Quemoy University Student Off-Campus Internship Miscellaneous Fee Refund Application Form. (Downloadable from the university website: Employment Guidance and Alumni Services Center - Rules and Forms - [Form] Internship-Related Forms)
(2) A copy of the applicant's bank account passbook cover.
(3) A copy of the payment receipt from the Bank of Taiwan.
(4) For students with student loans, a copy of the Bank of Taiwan insurance policy and payment receipt. (The payment receipt can be printed from the Bank of Taiwan's tuition payment portal)
(2) Application process:
(1) Students should submit the application form and required documents to their department office.
(2) The department will collect all applications and submit them to the Employment Guidance and Alumni Services Center for processing.
(3) Refunds will be processed sequentially after the applications are reviewed.
4. Responsible units:
(1) Handling unit: Employment Guidance and Alumni Services Center.
(2) Review units: Curriculum Affairs Division, Activity Guidance Division, and Cashier Division.
