3. Youth Must-Take 15 Lessons

• Application deadline: February 23, 2024 (Sunday). Late submissions will be considered as supplementary materials.
• Limited slots available. Applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and demand.
• Notification of results by February 28, 2024 (Friday). Early applicants (by February 16) will be notified by February 21.
• If demand is high, priority will be given to ensuring each school gets a session. Any remaining slots may be reopened by late June.
